LaMotte® Nutrient TTC/MacConkey BioPaddles®, Box of 10
Flexible dual-agar paddle containing microbe-specific media (enclosed in a sterile vial) for field sampling, cultivation, and enumeration of coliform bacteria total colony counts (TCC). BioPaddles® do not require any other testing equipmentonly a magnifier and a 35° C warm place (or incubator) to incubate. Includes access to the free LaMotte® BioPaddles® Colony ID™ lite app for comparison of "unknown" microbe growth on the BioPaddles® to a library of photos. Each box includes ten 2-sided paddles for 20 total testing surfaces. For liquid sampling: Remove the paddle from the vial and fill the vial (approximately 40 mL) with the sample. Insert the paddle, swirl for 15 sec. Pour out the liquid, and replace the paddle in the vial and incubate. For surface sampling: Remove the paddle from the vial and gently touch each paddle media surface to the sample surface twice per side. Replace paddle in the vial and incubate. For air sampling: Remove the paddle from the vial. Invert and mount the circular cap into the vial, exposing the agar-covered paddle. Expose for 15 min. Replace the paddle in the vial and incubate. Note: This item is shipped via ground from the manufacturer in Maryland on Mondays and Tuesdays only, and delivered Wednesday through Friday only (depending on delivery location). Please allow 2 weeks advance notice with specific Monday or Tuesday shipping date.

REPORTING DAMAGED ITEMS AND SHORTAGES
All shortages, defects and deficiencies must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Merlan Scientific cannot assume responsibility for shortages reported after this period.

RETURNING GOODS
Before returning any item to Merlan Scientific, please call for a Return Authorization Number. Shipments received without authorization may be refused.
WARRANTY POLICY
Merlan Scientific warrants that each product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period set forth in its published user manuals for its system products and for a period of one (1) year for its component products. The warranty commences on the date the product is shipped by Merlan Scientific. Merlan Scientifics’ sole liability and responsibility under this warranty is to repair or replace any defective product, which is returned to it by the buyer, and which Merlan Scientific determines qualifies for repair or replacement under the terms of the applicable warranty. The product returned to Merlan Scientific for warranty service will be shipped to Merlan Scientific at the buyers expense and will be returned to buyer at Merlan Scientifics’ expense. In no event shall Merlan Scientific be responsible under its warranty for any defect, which is caused by negligence, misuse or mistreatment of a product, or for any unit, which has been altered or modified in any way. The warranty of repaired and replacement products shall terminate with the original warranty of the product.
